Manhattan stained rose by the setting sun...

Slightly more northerly view than usual to capture another rainbow. The recent rain doesn't get rid of the humidity; the humidity just hangs until another shower or storm passes through. Is it me or is the recent weather unusual...?
'Fight the good fight of the fiath; take hold of the eternal life, to which you were called...' (1Tim. 6.12)

Taken earlier just as the storm was brewing. colors were far more dramatic in reality - the light was more subtle and the buildings were cast not in shadow but in an odd, sepia colored light; Manhattan looked almost like an unravaged Eastern European city... (Col. 2.18-19)

Beautifully still morning after the briefest storm last night that nevertheless felled some tree branches and caused a power outage...
The Atelier lit up as usual by the passing sun, not for anything it is doing, but because of where it is and what it is made of (glass)...

Heavy clouds hovering over Manhattan, getting close enough but not quite touching the skyline; leaving a sliver of pale golden light at the horizon...
'I am the true vine, and my Father is the vine grower. He removes every branch in me that bears no fruit. Every branch that bears fruit he prunes to make it bear more fruit. You have already been cleansed by the word that I have spoken to you. Abide in me as I abide in you. Just as the branach cannot bear fruit by itself unless it abides in the vine, neither can you unless you abide in me.' (John 15.1-5)
